The host was professional and explained the procedures from which I was able to decide which was best for my skin issues and my pocketbook. I'd recommend doing some research before heading there because you don't know what you don't know and they tend to answer questions, and not offer too much beyond what the brochures tell you. (This was a consult only visit. This was the Mt Lebanon location).

One of my favorite things about the Skin Center Medspa is that I feel totally comfortable going to any one of the aestheticians that work there. I have already received treatments such as Botox and filler from almost all of them & they all do such a fantastic job, they listen to your concerns & make sure you do not leave there unsatisfied! It is such a comfort knowing that I don’t have to rely on seeing just one aesthetician because I truly trust them all! They are skilled, friendly & just a joy to talk to! I generally go to the swallow hill location and highly recommend them!

It was my first time with Botox, or any cosmetic intervention. I had some expected jitters and questions. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable, and like I could take my time and ask away. The receptionist helped me to get the best deal and explored all of the options with me. She said “we’ll take care of you” and that’s truly what they did. When I got into the treatment room, I half expected to be talked into treatments and additional botox that I wasn’t interested in just yet, but that was absolutely not the case. Natalie explained, in detail, all about the treatment. We also discussed all of my options for the first treatment and she let me take the reins on how I wanted to approach it (conservative at first with hopes for more later). I never felt like she was trying to sell me more. She really listened to me, and overall just made me super comfortable for my first go at it. I will absolutely be returning to The Skin Center, and Natalie. I was BLOWN AWAY by the ease and comfort the whole experience provided me.

Angela is awesome and such a sweetheart! As a Black woman, finding a skincare professional who is knowledgeable about our skin can be nerve-wrecking and difficult but she talked me through everything and even shot me down on a few things (which is commendable!). I’m on my third day of my VI Precision+ Peel and I’m excited to see my results.
